The Host Family process also includes a home assessment, criminal background check, finger printing and Central Registry Clearance. The process could take up to 6 weeks.

Family Coach, Family Friend Application

This application is for all roles other than Host Family. Criminal background check will also be completed for this role.

Reference forms

Three references are need for each Safe Families volunteer role.
